Processing Time vs. Delivery Time

Processing Time: This refers to the time it takes us to prepare and package your order before it ships.

Delivery Time: This refers to the time it takes for your package to arrive once it has been shipped.

 

**Please note that processing time and delivery time are separate. Total time to receive your order is the processing time plus the delivery time based on the shipping method you choose at checkout.

Processing Time

Standard Orders: Processed within 1-14 business days (Monday-Friday).

Express Orders: Processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) with priority handling.

Options: 

Standard Shipping

Delivery Time: 3-6 business days after processing.

This option is perfect for customers who love affordability and don’t mind waiting a little longer for their products.

Express Shipping

Delivery Time: Within 1-2 business days after processing.

Includes priority handling for added peace of mind.

Ideal for customers who need their orders quickly or want VIP service.

Refunds & Returns

Refunds: Refunds are available only if requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

Returns: Due to the nature of our products, returns are not allowed.
